Rtns Marjorie Lyle, Georges Dussart and Past President Philip Abbott act as mentors. This term, led by three Sixth Formers, enthusiastic juniors have raised over £400 so far. Candy Canes bought at 10p and sold for £1 have been a wow at both the Boys' and the Girls' Grammar Schools.

They are sending £160 to a secondary school in the new poor state of Southern Sudan having triggered matching funding. They have sold Christmas cards for the Royal Deaf School in Margate for the fourth year running and have nearly reached their target of £150.
