It’s great to be able to share another update from the Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening project in Bangladesh that we helped to support. Two screening camps were held in the country – one in Khilket (near Dhaka) and the other in Bogura, in the North West of the country.
It has been a pleasure to receive updates from the Rotary Club of Dhaka on the camps – part of their Vision 2037 Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Programme. As before, the Dhaka Club works with other Rotary Clubs and local and international partners to hold these camps. The one in Khilket, held on the 23 August, screened 85 women in total, while the one in Bogura, held earlier in the month, screened 70.
We wish them ongoing success with the project and look forward to receiving further project updates.
