Each Club President holds the office for one year and this year’s handover ceremony on June 30th was a little different. Due to a problem with room bookings, the Club members showed great adaptability by conducting the event in the open air in one of the stands at the County Cricket Club. If Elton John can perform at the ground, then there is no reason to stop Canterbury’s Rotarians from also making the most of the surroundings!
