Lunch talk: Leslie Griffiths – Commonwealth War Graves Foundation

We had a very interesting talk the other day when Leslie Griffiths spoke to our members about the Commonwealth War Graves Foundation.

According to its website, the Commonwealth War Graves Foundation is the charitable arm of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. They state: “We tell the stories of those who fought and died during the world wars…. it’s our mission to make sure their sacrifices are not forgotten, and with your support, those stories are kept alive.”

You can find out more about their work by visiting their website, here
