Lord Mayor of Canterbury becomes an Honorary Member of our Club

We are delighted to inform you that the Lord Mayor of Canterbury and District, Councillor Anne Dekker, is now an Honorary Member of our Club.

Regular readers will know that the Lord Mayor attended our Centenary Gala Dinner in June; she also joined us for the final of our Innovation Competition, held last week at Canterbury Christ Church University.

Writing to our new President, Tony Loughran, the Lord Mayor stated: “I happily accept the Honorary Membership offered by the Canterbury Club members and look forward to joining you whenever possible.”
